Lomi Lomi
Lomi Lomi means "to massage", "to knead" or "to weave". Weaving aloha, weaving light, weaving spirit, weaving consciousness into the unconscious. There are many different styles of Lomi Lomi, each unique to its lineage. Most well known are "Temple Style" and Auntie Margaret's style, also known as "Big Island Syle". Sacred Lomi® is based on "Temple Style" - "Hawaiian Temple Bodywork". |

Sacred Lomi®
Sacred Lomi® has been developed from Hawaiian Temple Style bodwork by Tom Cochran and Donna Jason. Sacred Lomi integrates the ancient practices with heart-centered teaching. Many styles of bodywork separate the physical and energetic. In Sacred Lomi we embrace the integrated whole being - physical, emotional and energetic. By creating a sacred space of unconditional love and acceptance (aloha), we invite the recipient to completely let go and receive. The flowing, circular runs nurture and embrace, clearing out the old patterns and awakening the divine in the physical being. | The training with Tom and Donna was transformational! Lomi lomi is an incredible technique and the history and culture surrounding this art inspired my husband and me to open Hawaiian Experience Spa Cathy Ibach, AZ |

The Essence of Healing
Movement is the natural rhythm of the universe. When we stop moving -- physically, emotionally or spiritually -- parts of our being become dormant. As we move or allow those parts of ourself to be touched, we reconnect with, heal and remember who we are.
